Membership Cancellation Terms

Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months of joining.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, one final monthly payment will be collected on your next scheduled payment date.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the membership period covered by that payment, after which it will automatically terminate.
We will cancel your Direct Debit once your final payment has been collected.
Cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank does not cancel your membership and may result in missed payments being pursued.
Any overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency. Members are responsible for any reasonable costs incurred by Origin Health Club in recovering outstanding sums, including debt collection, tracing, legal and administrative costs.
